1. The promotion

Finance World Limited ("Finance World", "we", "us") is running a promotion in which two winners will each receive a trip to Bali for two people, five days and four nights.

By entering, you accept these terms and conditions. Entry is only open to persons aged 18 years or over who are New Zealand residents.

2. Promotion period

The promotion opens on 1 September 2026 and closes on 30 November 2026.

3. How to enter

You are automatically entered into the draw when you have an eligible home loan of $500,000 or more arranged through Finance World, on the basis set out in clause 4.

No purchase of any other product or service is necessary, and no entry fee applies. There is no other way to enter the draw.

4. Eligible lending

To be eligible, lending must:

be for a total of $500,000 or more on a single loan;
be arranged through Finance World; and
be for one of the following purposes:
- a first home purchase;
- a refinance of an existing home loan;
- a construction loan; or
- an investment property purchase.

Business lending is not eligible and does not count towards the $500,000 minimum.

The $500,000 minimum applies per loan. Multiple smaller loans are not combined to reach the minimum.

5. Entries

One entry is given per eligible loan, regardless of the loan amount. A loan of $1,500,000 receives the same single entry as a loan of $500,000.

Each entry is for one prize of a trip for two people.

6. Approval and settlement

To be eligible, a loan must have unconditional approval on or before 30 November 2026, and must settle on or before 31 December 2026.

The draw will take place on 11 December 2026 from all loans that had unconditional approval by 30 November 2026. A winner's prize is confirmed once their loan has settled. If a drawn winner's loan has not settled by 31 December 2026, that entry becomes void and a replacement winner will be drawn.

7. The draw

The draw will be conducted at random on 11 December 2026 at Finance World, 164 Great South Road, Manurewa, Auckland.

Winners will be notified by phone and email using the contact details held by Finance World, within five working days of the draw and of their loan settling.

8. The prize

Each of the two prizes is a trip to Bali for two people, comprising five days and four nights.

Flights: return airfares in economy class are included, departing from Auckland.
Accommodation: four star hotel accommodation is included, standard room or similar.
Booking: Finance World will book the flights and accommodation on the winner's behalf.

Anything not expressly stated as included is the responsibility of the winner. This includes, but is not limited to, passports and visas, travel insurance, transfers, meals, activities, and any personal spending.

9. Travel dates

Travel must be taken between 1 January 2027 and 31 January 2027.

Winners must confirm their travel dates at least 15 days before departure. Travel is subject to availability at the time of booking.

If a winner is unable to travel within this window, the prize is forfeited.

10. Transfers and cash

The prize is transferable to another person, at the winner's own cost and subject to Finance World being notified in writing before booking.

There is no cash alternative. The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash in whole or in part.

11. Financial advice

This promotion does not affect the advice we give you. We will continue to recommend the lending that we consider suitable for your circumstances, and eligibility for this promotion is not a factor in that advice.

12. Who cannot enter

Employees, directors, contractors and advisers of Finance World, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

13. Publicity

Winners may be asked to take part in publicity, including having their name and photograph used in Finance World marketing. Participation in publicity is not a condition of receiving the prize, and a winner may decline.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected for this promotion is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020.

15. General

Finance World may vary, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time where circumstances beyond our reasonable control require it. Where we do, we will act fairly towards anyone who has already qualified for an entry.

Finance World's decision in relation to any aspect of this promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
